If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your purchase within 14 days of the shipping date. We will not accept partial returns. All returns must be in their original boxes and in resalable condition. We will not accept broken or chipped product returns. All returns must be authorized by Calacatta Marble and Mosaic Co.. All returns must be Freight Prepaid. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number, which will be provided by completing our RAN form. All returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
